"We had a late afternoon hours check in organised with hotel, were told we would receive a text or email before arrived at Brisbane airport. We received no notification from the hotel and we were stranded at Brisbane airport. Paid for a room we did not get."

"It was a room only, with bar fridge, however, we managed fine as the local shopping centres were within walking distance. Also, the bus station was close for transport into the city etc. The staff were cheery and helpful! We will use this facility again on our regular trips."

"Very cute hotel. I arrived late and self check in was easy. They also left instructions for a place to eat at 9:30 pm which was great. The hotel is on a busy road but I never heard the traffic. There restaurant opened early which was great (6am) as I had an international flight to catch."
