"I loved that the hotel was walking distance (like a minute) from the airport. The continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had; plenty of options. The staff was very friendly (shoutout to Sharday), we had one issue, but they took very good care of us. The manager was also very hospitable! When visiting Rochester again, my mom & I will definitely stay here!"

"The Dartmouth House Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless and cozy along with the common areas. The bed was ultra comfy and breakfast was included too. Milena and Gary were fantastic, they made you feel right at home. We stood in the Honeye room on the 3rd floor. This room includes off street parking which is a plus in this neighborhood. "Staff was awesome, atmosphere was great. I’m not sure if this was a one off but there were trash bags(?) in the middle of the hallway. Not a huge deal but a bit odd.
The restrooms have shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner. If you have sensitive hair you’ll want to bring your own or find somewhere nearby that sells conditioner…

"The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled.
