The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. Now...

"Das Hotel ist Zentral gelegen, sauber, angekommene Einrichtung. Vom Betreiber bis zur Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Dieses Hotel würde ich immer buchen und auch gerne weiter empfehlen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, wahlweise mit Kaffee aus der Maschine oder Filterkaffee, fand ich toll. Frisch zubereitete Rührei oder Spiegelei in verschiedene Versionen, SUPER. Danke an die Belegschaft, gerne wieder. :-) "

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."
