The room was very nice, a cave room as it is called. It was perfectly comfortable and fully equipped. The patio outside of the room provided amazing views of the caldron. We were on the edge. We could see the side of Fira and Oia in the distance. It was a walk down and up to get to the hotel but it was worth every step and their porter carried our bags in and out. We felt like we were in a postcard.

The best hotel experience for non-five star luxury hotels. Friendly, professional, courteous, nicest, etc. staff starting wìth Yiannis the front desk manager and his kitchen staff, who provided delicious full breakfast. Great value for the buck/euro. Awesome scenary and rooms. Except for daily hiking up the stairs, Keti should be considered five star hotel for those traveling on budget. We had a wonderful time!!!

Had an amazing stay at Keti Hotel. Amazing views, breakfast every morning overlooking the caldera and cruiseships. Everyone was very friendly, only issue we ran into was the parking situation with our rental car, fighting for spots in a public lot during peak times. Otherwise, perfect stay and will come back next time we're in Santorini.

The view rendered me speechless … which is saying something! The walk down (and then up) all those stairs was worth it. Loved the balcony space as well as the pool and out door breakfast patio… all with great views. The staff was very helpful. I do recommend that you have the hotel arrange your transfers because they include having your luggage brought down and then up all those stairs.

We enjoyed 4 nights stay in this small, quiet hotel, with friendly staff (helpful but respectful of our privacy), great walkable location, and stunning views. This staff is super friendly and really made us feel at home. The breakfast overlooking the caldera was unbelievable. Views you can’t beat and the room was nice and clean. There are a lot of steps as you would expect for a hotel positioned on the side of a cliff. Lots of shops/bars/restaurants in walking distance. Definitely recommend doing a food and wine tour was a lot of fun.

My favourite hotel that I have ever stayed at! The staff is incredible - so welcoming and accommodating! All rooms have a beautiful private balcony as well as an incredible view of Fira and the caldera. It was absolutely magical and we will definitely be returning to Keti again!

We planned a short stay (2 days) in Fira as we knew it was a tourist hub and busy. Hotel Keti was the perfect getaway. Privately located with stunning views, clean room, wonderful staff and a great breakfast. Loved it!

Nice hotel
Internet didn’t work in the first day but we asked for them to check and then it worked. Loved the breakfast looking at the Caldera. Room was clean and staff is very friendly. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool.

The staff members were amazing! This hotel has an extremely efficient system for its smooth operation. Staff members could recognise guests, including their room numbers, from the first day and could anticipate our needs from airport transfer to tour bookings. The breakfast was generous and delicious. This hotel has made our santorini memories so much more beautiful.

Pay the $25 (2 people) shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It's super worth it. They carry your luggage down the long stairs to the hotel. We appreciated it so much that we booked it for the airport return, which meant they carried our bags up those long steps to the shuttle. The breakfast is situated outside where you can enjoy the views of the coastline. They give you a paper the day before to select what you want to breakfast the next day. There's a variety of choices. Our two favorites were the eggs-tomato-feta and yogurt-honey-sliced fruit. Best yogurt in Greece! I need to know what brand they used. The room and bathroom are very spacious. We couldn't hear our neighbors on the side, but we did occasionally hear the neighbors upstairs moving their chairs around. You have an outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy the sunset with a beverage. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We were less than a 10-minute walk to the bus station, where you can take a bus to Oia and other towns. There's a grocery store nearby where you can get drinks and snacks. The area is not super crowded because we're at the edge of the shops, but you do get some people trying to take photos at or near the entrance of the hotel and the hotel has to close the door or put up a rope to block them from going down. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Santorini.

Amazing experience!
We loved hotel keti! The view was absolutely insane. It felt peaceful as we never heard or saw our neighbors except for during breakfast. The ONLY downside was that the wifi never worked despite having the concierge check it and say it was working just fine. Otherwise we have zero complaints. Please note the twin beds feel a bit short- I am only 5’4” and my feet felt like they were falling off sometimes!

Amazing views, Amazing location and Amazing Staff
This place is excellent. We came here for our honeymoon and are so glad we chose Fira as it's central and this hotel as the staff, proximity to the bus stops, center of fira and everything else was top notch. The staff had your best interest and were so accommodating. If you can swing it, highly recommend room #23 which is the "Suite, Sea View (King)" room as it's private, has an incredible view and is fairly private so you can enjoy your time with your partner. While Fira can get loud, this place is so far from everything that you don't hear much. My only suggestion is for them to improve their wifi which is a double edge sword as it allows you to enjoy your stay without accessing technology while when you need wifi for trip planning, it doesn't work. With that said, the staff were so helpful across the board. Would give them an 11 out of 10 with the extra point going to them for being so helpful when needed. Thank You!

In fact, the steps are okay. An adult can easily go up and down with a suitcase and a bag. The room was very clean, the breakfast was perfect, and the view is invincible. we absolutely loved our stay! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in arranging transfers to/from the airport. due to covid they served breakfast a la carte on the patio and i can’t imagine it any other way, such a peaceful and beautiful way to start the morning. the rooms were clean and comfortable and our bathroom was lovely with a very nice rainfall shower head. the view from our sitting area outside the room was amazing, we never wanted to leave.

Wonderful cauldera view. Suburb breakfast with many choices. Fresh squeezed oj, latte , crepes etc. The bed was a bit too soft for us. Please note the hotel is down many steep steps. Help with luggage available for a price. Easy access to public bus station as we did not have a car. Would come back to this property

10 out of 10 - love this hotel
I love Keti Hotel - will certainly be back. I booked a suite and did not regret that. The room was spacious, clean, had gorgeous views. It was absolutely perfect. The bed was massive and so comfortable. I did not wanted to leave that room. The room has a shared patio with other 2 rooms + a private balcony with a magnificent sea view, caldera and the sunset. The room has a little window with sea view from the bed. The views from the room and hotel overall are magnificent. The location is great, as it is in the center - although quite (which I loved). Very close to the bus station. I found the busses on Santorini to be punctual and very comfortable. The bus tables are up to date at the station and there is a bus to get you to all points of interest. The staff was super friendly and the service level absolutely flawless. Breakfast, again 10 out of 10 - individual servings upon wishes. In these COVID times I needed to have a test done in order to go back, the staff called the local medical center and made an appointment for me. Thank you. Highly appreciated.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen, wo wir einen kleinen Stadtplan mit Erklärung der Umgebung bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ebenso wie der ganze Hotelbereich. Frühstück wurde auf der Terrasse serviert, von der man einen tollen Blick über die Caldera hatte! Auch das Zimmer war sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Tipp: Das Hotel hatte uns angeboten (zu einem fairen Preis) einen Tranfser vom Airport zum Hotel zu organsieren. Man erwartete uns dann bereits an der Straße, von wo aus man unser Gepäck durch das Stufenlabyrint von Fira getragen zum Hotel getragen hat. Toller Service den wir natürlich mit einem Trinkgeld belohnt haben.

I had a wonderfully stay in Keti Hotel. It was clean the breakfast was great. Nice and friendly hotel staff. COVID Measurements were kept and the rooms were very clean. The next time I go to Santorini I would also stay at that hotel. It was close to the main bus station close to the city Center were there are a lot of great restaurants but far enough not to hear the noise of the city.
