"Staff were very nice. There was a bad smell the whole time I was there, it got worse when you turned on the a/c. And some of the roads to walk to the hotel didn't feel safe as a solo traveller, it might be helpful for them to advise which streets to go down."
"The hotel worked well for our two night stay before our cruise. Breakfast was good on the top floor with great views. Our room did feel very small and we had a fair amount of luggage. The shower was very good but again, the bathroom was quite small. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"This was a one partial night stay - we had to be at the airport early to catch a 6am flight to Amsterdam.
Restaurant service good - the pasta portions are huge so share with your travel partner or order something smaller.
Room was nice with good hot water for showering. One overhead light was burnt out.
Front desk arranged for early 3am transport to airport. Traffic light at that time so we got there in record time. Allow extra time if going during work/rush hours.
Did not use any facilities like the pool.
Bed comfy as were the pillows. "
"Check in initially went well. We were told we were given a room upgrade. The room was definitely not an upgrade!! The floor was under construction and the noise level was extremely loud! A lot of hammering and drilling. When we inquired how long the noise would continue, we were told it was from 9am to 9 pm. We asked for a quieter room and the front desk reacted with an attitude and our room was downgraded. There is no way the hotel did not know about the noise on this floor and they never seemed apologetic for assigning us to a room on it."
