"Tallest hotel in Greece with a good sized rooftop pool! Honestly amazing for those hot summer days when you need to cool down after strolling the streets of Athens + stunning view. Staff was incredibly friendly, maybe even the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at hotels! View from the room was also gorgeous, the room & bathroom are on the smaller side and a bit dusty but the +++ make up for it. I do think the consumption fee for the sunbeds is a bit unneccesary since you already pay for...

"Clean room. Didn’t like that you couldn’t use the spa pool without paying for it, and the fact that you had to book a massage 3 days in advance. Food was okay, was the same food everyday so if you didn’t like it you didn’t get a chance for anything new."

"Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia."
