"Location in West Loop is fantastic, a block away from Whole Foods and a number of great restaurants in Greek town. The staff was fantastic in addressing our needs immediately including a clogged sink and sliding door that came off the tracks. The infrastructure is a bit old and outdated.
The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived. We called to ask for one to be brought up, which...

"Hotel main trash service pickup was directly below my room window and was extremely loud when unloading and loading rolloff dumpsters at 4am. No way to sleep through the noise. Shuttle service was very good to and from the airport. Toilet clogged after one use with no plunger available. Remodeling going on a large portion of the main floor causing issues. Carpet on the hallway floors is to thick. Great to walk on but terrible to roll or pull luggage across. You will work up a sweat pulling...

"Incredible location. There’s a reason this hotel has continued to thrive after decades in downtown Chicago. The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. "Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"4 days i have to walk around both towers because the doors on the hallway connecting east and west tower were closed.
Than I paid 70 dollars a day parking and there was no spots many times garage was closed and I had to park elsewhere."

"I was not expecting to pay extra for parking once arrived. The person who checked me in was not professional did not know how to explain things to me. I had to ask multiple times to understand what he was trying to say. The guy at the bar was also rude when I asked about the complementary drinks and food as if he was frustrated.
