The room was very clean, the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Mystic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. "The decor is mid 80's. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable- we did not sit out on the deck for this reason. Breakfast options were sugary, but we enjoyed coming home to cookies in the lobby. Pleasant ride to Narragansett."

From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! "The AC in the room didn't maintain the temp over night. Not sure what was going on with that, couldn't figure it out. Shower was small but whatever, it was hot water and did the trick."

"The room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, there wasn't much water pressure and the room was dusty. The bedding was stained, but I was able to get clean linen quickly and a wash cloth to clean up room. Great a/c. In a good location."

Without a kitchen I am guessing all food was prepared and dishes and utensils were one use only which adds to trash and should be reusable. The food was ok. Not enough options or fruit. The coffee was extremely bitter and not very good. Also no ice machines in the building. I was given a bag of ice which I kept in room's freezer.
