"The room was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. My only complaint was that i requested a ground level unit that displayed a larger size refrigerator in the pictures. I ended up with a second level unit with a mini fridge. It was a work trip that i had a lot of refrigerated and frozen items and a large cooler that i did not want to have to cart up the stairs. Also i had to buy dry ice to keep my frozen items which was inconvenient. Other than that hiccup it was a good stay."

"Nice place. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Loved the hot tub fed from the hot springs. Didn’t check if it’s hotel policy but there wasn’t any cleaning service after the first night stay. But we asked for towels and could get some at the front desk. Not a problem. We just assumed that it was the policy not to provide cleaning unless requested. "

"I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. We needed a place to stop halfway on our 12 hour drive home, but we opted to continue our drive rather than stay at this hotel. Honestly the area was kinda creepy so I'm glad we didn't end up staying. "

"Just double check and call the property before you go. This was our second time staying. The first time was excellent, this time not so much. I booked a cabin back in January for this March trip. I got the email welcoming me and gave me to door code to get in. We went in and it def. looked like someone was still staying there. I went to the office and the lady told me that "I just found out you were scheduled to stay like an hour ago, and everything is booked due to a fencing company ". I asked her what that meant and she said she only had 2 rooms available and they weren't a cabin. The first room she let me check out was hot as hell but the second one was decent. I wasnt upset but def. disappointed. I believe the cabins are more expensive and I didnt get was I paid for. "

"If you book with this property, your credit card will be hacked. Then you will spend all of your time getting your credit card lockdown and having to get a new one. Every single day since I’ve booked this hotel I’ve received 2 to 3 different international charges against my credit card. "
