"Difficult smells throughout the hotel. Bathroom was clean but clearly worn and old with broken tiles and stained sink. Beds and pillows very worn. Not my best nights sleep."

"First they didn’t have my reservation even though I paid ahead of time and had a confirmation number. They argued with me. I finally had to call Expedia and make a new reservation. There were stains on the floor and bath tub, missing floor tile and mold in the bathroom, and a roach in the bathroom. I have pictures. Will never stay at a comfort inn again or any choice hotels. "
