"Had to wait to check in cause the front desk lady was disputing her doordash order instead of checking us in. The outdoor pool was closed even tho the outside temp was in the 90s. Not once was it noted that it was closed"

"The person running the motel was rude and not helpful at all. There is no free breakfast, no coffee pot in the room had to wait until 10am for the office to open. The refrigerator did not work, the first night bath tub would not drain. The ice machine is small ( there is a note stating you are only allowed one bucket of ice per day) and in the office with the coffee maker ( which you can use from 10am-10pm). A woman in charge of the motel also was upset because we asked for clean bath towels...

"The ladies at the check in counter and gift /ticket shop were very friendly and helpful. They made up for the young lady that worked the breakfast buffet because of her we only ate the free breakfast one day and chose not to eat there the rest of our stay. But the rest of the staff was very friendly and we definitely will come back to this inn again.

"Room was clean, bed comfortable but had an offensive smell. It took awhile to cool the room down and the air conditioning went on and off all night long both nights causing interrupted sleep. We requested ground level due to medical issues but instead was given a room in the center of the 3rd floor thus the farthest to walk. Apparently you can pay a fee to get ground level."

"Staff were nice, but it took me a couple tries to get ahold of them through phone. The place is definitely a work in progress, but the room was quite nice. Good flooring, microwave and minifridge. My toilet wasn't working, neither did my blow dryer. But when I contacted them in the morning one of the owners dropped off a new working blow dryer for me and fixed my toilet as well. Like I said, work in progress, but can tell they're doing their best with what they've got! Solo traveling was good...

"Definitely not an ideal place to stay. That part of Branson is usually pretty nice but the motel had many questionable things about it. The staff was reluctant to help, the breakfast was terrible and there were vehicles in the parking lot held together by strings. We wondered if the motel was participating a federal program for the homeless, which should have been revealed to us prior to reserving the room. We will never stay there again."

"The room was basic. It needed to be clean although it had a strong smell of a cleaner. The bed was so hard, I was hurting the next morning. It was odd to see a guy watering the grass at almost midnight. He was also watching us which was weird. I would not stay there again. They need to replace the beds and clean up the place."
