"I don't normally leave reviews, but this place needs some work. I'm not sure that combining the bar and the front desk is a great idea. The prices are comparable to other hotels, but the services and professionalism isn't. Typically there is only one person working, and my experience was that most of them did not want to be there, did not smile, and overall had a bad attitude. The room is fine. Overall it was clean, but maid service is only every other day, which I was not told at check in....

"From the beginning nobody help us with luggage. I specifically asked for a room with view. The place us on a room with no view. We had to look at tenis courts. Thrn we hadto godown yo get our keys from desk. We move luggages oursevels"

"The hotel is being renovated, which is fine. However, my sister and I each had rooms on the 6th floor where the air conditioning is not really working. Our rooms were very hot and stuffy. When we asked to be moved, they knew that the air conditioning in many of the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors were not working. They offered a box fan for our rooms. They only had one room open that we could move to, but that was not cool either. While we were talking to the front desk, another guest came up...

"This hotel is a first class experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The view of the city from my room was spectacular. The evening turn down service was a treat. This was a great place to celebrate my milestone birthday."

"Overall our stay was very good. It’s in a great location and was very walkable. The breakfast buffet was good. Where we ran into issues was getting towels as we repeatedly were only supplied with two towels in our room with three people. The “extra” towels had to be delivered by housekeeping which took some time. So, be sure to check for towels when you first arrive if you have more than 2 people."

"The hotel is nice; the rooms are a bit small but attractive, though the spa pool is starting to look dated, with rust stains visible everywhere. The rooftop bar area is lovely, but the downside is that if you’re in the pool and want to get a drink, you have to take a long walk while soaking wet; it would be great if a server came by when people are in the pool, just in case anyone wants to order something."
