"I am very disappointed about the stay at your place. First, this is not a hotel, it’s just a student dorm. It was a one person dorm, but you advertised on Expedia as hotel room for 2 person. It is truly scam if someone asked me how my stay was. There are no air conditioning , no hair dryer, the shower is so small and I can’t even turn around in it! The worst part was that in the next morning at 6:30, the fire alarm was triggered due to some one taking shower. What a disappointment!"

"Absolutely fabulous property situated in a bustling part of the financial centre. Very close to bank underground station with numerous buses nearby as well. Public areas are beautifully appointed. All of the staff we had contact with were superb. The room was luxurious and comfortable. It goes without saying that the public and private areas were tastefully decorated meticulously clean and extremely well maintained . We had a great stay here, but we were lucky enough to receive complementary...

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English! Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did. However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"
