"The room was very clean. The staff was great and early check in was available upon request, make sure to call and ask ahead of time. Breakfast was very delicious. This property had plenty of parking."

"Holiday weekend and only one person behind desk. She was answering phone calls about 4th events and made all the people waiting to check in wait. Should have had extra staff as a holiday. Also, when checking in at after 3:30 because of standing there and waiting for her to be on the phone, she indicated we would have to wait as our room was not ready anyway."

"Location is great. Staff is very friendly and informative. The TV system sucked. The bed make these squeaking noises whenever you got up so irritating for the other person. And unfortunately, I guess the person next door to our room didn't think it would bother anyone when he started his truck up at five or so in the morning right outside our room and let it idle for about 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously not the fault of the Hotel, just an inconsiderate dunce."

"Casino is beautiful and clean. Staff needs customer service training. Specially a young pregnant girl that is a server at TWLV Kitchen. She was not very nice and gave us weird stares while my family and I were having breakfast. I complained to her Manager, she did make her apologize to us but as she walked away she was smirking. Not sure if I will be back to this Casino."

"The room floors were dirty as my kids feet got filthy walking on them tobthe pijntbi washed them before getting in bed. The rest of the room seemed clean. The breakfast was awful. Cold rubbery pancakes and cold eggs. Cereal was the only thing edible."

"The room was small and, with a king bed, had barely any space around it. Room was not clean - dust and hair on the floor and in the tub, stains on the blanket on the bed. The inn has old plumbing - low pressure in the shower. The window mounted AC struggled to keep the room cold. The included breakfast was an assortment of packaged items and not a cooked breakfast. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful and the inn is on the main street so you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants and...

"Smelled sooo old. The balcony & the room were not cleaned the rooms are so small. The shower was very small you couldn’t bend over. There was no mirror and they had a leak keep Flushing by itself no Telephone in the room. Tv didn’t work and the room keys didn’t work . No staff at the front desk. You have to ring outside the hotel to get someone. A skilight in the room on top Of the bed. The room so small didn’t have a closet this was the worst experience in my life"

"Please bear in mind that the property is an historic building and there will be things not be perfectly modern or picture perfect. That being said, the furniture and decor is certainly in the style of an Old West hotel room. The bathroom was clean probably the most modern of the room. The wraparound porch gave the space an additional outdoor living space which was perfect for visiting with friends.
