"Check in and check out was a disaster! I used Expedia! The price they gave me was 285.00 when I checked in they charged 336.00 lady would give no explanation! When I checked out the guy couldn’t or wouldn’t print a receipt saying I would get on from Expedia. When I got home Holiday Inn charged the 336.00 to my credit card! What in the world is happening"

"The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was."

They were very professional very cordial and attended to our needs and request in an orderly fashion. The staff was able to answer all of our questions amd respond to our request. The outdoor pool was closed for two days because of some maintenance—they should have given information on the website beforehand so everyone knew. Personally, I would have chosen another hotel because I was with kids and they wanted to use the indoor pool. My daughter left her towel, which she had received two days earlier from her coach.
