Adult and baby roaches, but didn’t see them until the second night, coming out of a hole on the interior wall. Informed the woman present that morning at checkout and she said their bug man was “coming the next day, so sorry, next time, I will give you a most excellent room “. There was old trash under the bed and the carpets have, I bet, never ever been cleaned. It’s old, never been renovated. Safe enough. Well lit. Several leo cars in the parking lot when i checked in.

The staff were very kind and welcoming when I checked in and checked out. The room was unexceptionally, disappointing. The plumbing did not work. The walls and shelving systems were not anchored properly, and the doors were not satisfactory and feeling secure in private. Even in the non-smoking section, it was strongly evident that there was smoking occurring with use of marijuana. The bed was OK, but had no blanket. Only two sheets and I had to turn the heat up for it to be comfortable to sleep.

I asked for a couple more pillows and it took 2 visits to the main desk and an additional phone call to receive two wet pillows from staff considerably later. The breakfast bar was clean, but extremely limited in terms of the offerings. There was nothing protein based.

Yes the rooms were neglicted the air & heating unit was filled with blaxk mold & dust ,mattress suken the the middle which cause my back to hurt; frame support beams stick out from under foundation cause me to hit my ankles,, patint peeling over bathtub, large gap in entry door where there should have been weather stripping, allowing cold air to come in. I was moved from one prrblem room to the next and a housekeeking staff that did not speak english to understand my housekeeping needs and no phones.

Okay so first when I got there I thought it was going to be okay but I went to the room and it was filthy I mean disgusting. There was a used condom on the nightstand a cup with cigarettes and water in it. The beds were not made and there were roaches everywhere. I told the manager immediately. She gave us another room it was cleaner but as soon as the sun went down there was roaches everywhere I mean everywhere. I will not be staying there ever again.

There really should be a system to give half stars when writing these reviews. I say that because I would give this property a single half star review because the only thing positive was the lovely woman who was working at the front desk for check-in. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating. As far as the property is concerned, I would only utilize this facility to put convicts a place to stay. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point due to the broken door, the piece of metal screwed into the door to hold it back together to allow the door to lock, and the malfunctioning key system. I should have turned around whenever I saw this however, I decided to go in, and after the third attempt to use the key, I finally got the green light was able to open the door where I was swiftly met with the unstable stench of a room that had been smoked in from the day. It was open until quite possibly the night before. The smell was foul, and made me almost wanted to throw up. Despite the smell, I stepped in and was immediately greeted by a smoke detector that was chirping due to a low battery, or quite possibly was in a death spiral from all of the cigarettes smoke it had come into contact with, and it’s lifetime of being installed in the room. It was at this point I decided that this was not for me. I had initially attempted to obtain a refund, but decided that I would not request one so that this review would have to stay up forever. do not stay here
