"I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. When sitting in the lounge we saw the cleaning staff chatting to each other in the hall and on their phones. While you are 3 hours behind on getting rooms cleaned for check in. "

"We did enjoy our stay however the hold for incidentals I find is a bit high for a 1 night stay 500 but I disputed and the attendant reduced to 300 which is still high and we travel quite a bit so I am familiar. Also the cost of a MULE drink $20.00. We did not attempt to dine because the restaurant was extremly costly too. They dont allow outside food unless you eat in your room. Never ever heard of this. The pool was great we enjoyed. We were in the area for an event which is why we chose to stay here. "

"The room was clean, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the bar onsite along with food was good and convenient. The staff was friendly and kind, and accommodated our needs. When you check in be sure to ask for a drink voucher, as you will not get it after you check in. "

"Great resort. Staff is very friendly from check-in to gift shop and housekeeping. Beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is the food options. There are varied options but nothing is open late nor early other than the limited coffee bar. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and the room was clean, but if you are looking for a place that has stuff to do, don't stay here. The only staff that were friendly, polite and helpful were the cleaning staff. We tried the Carmen's Restaurant and the coffee shop and the staff in those places acted like they all hated their jobs and didn't want to be there. The only thing we found pleasant at this hotel was the Trax Bar and Grille connected to the hotel, we spent more time there than anywhere else because the food, atmosphere and staff were great, they made you feel welcome and comfortable. Would I stay there again, yes, but ONLY because of Trax Bar and Grille."
