Upon check-in the staff member he was great,my room was a queen size non smooking room however the comforter had 2 cigarette burn holes in it, which I replaced with my own bedding ,the refrigerator on the inside needed to be cleaned out from food residue from previous guest ,the floor was very sticky .I went back to the front desk and notified management about the issues with my room which he corrected himself.The smoke detector was missing.Guest 2 doors down were arguing.

The room that I got was suppose to be a no smoking room but still smelled of cigarettes, there is trash outside all over the property. There were bugs in my room, and I had a man ask me if I wanted to make some cash while I was walking my dog.

Very extremely disappointed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel (is what the person working said ) and there were lots of others upset also . The desk clerk was very nice and booked me a room at their other hotel 30 min away. But got to that place rented it and went in and it was nasty and killed 4 roaches with 10 min of being there . Bathroom nasty / and not clean . Got money back and went to Big concert in sc and no hotels nowhere drove 4 1/2hours home because there were no hotels available anywhere. VERY UPSET and disappointed in the hotel and Expedia

Filthy, and it was definitely NOT a non-smoking room. I cleaned the entire room and bathroom myself and used my own linens. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper, not a maid in sight the entire week I was there, and you have to take your trash out to the trash cans. The only reason I stayed is because they don't charge for pets.

The first room reeked of cigarettes despite booking a non-smoking room, and the bathroom was filthy. I requested a new room and was provided one; unfortunately, this room was also filthy. It did smell of cleaning chemicals, so I’m sure someone went in and did the bare minimum. There were stains all over the walls, paint peeling off, a dried noodle stuck to the wall, and the fridge had dents all over it from what I assume was someone punching it. There was also a clump of hair matted above the stove, and the bathtub was gross as well, etc. Unfortunately, my booked three-night stay turned into just an overnight stay, and I checked out the next morning
