Room was full of dead roaches. Price and fees were different from website. Front desk clerk was extremely rude. Dry blood on sheets and pillowcases. Charge per-night for parking and wifi. Loud noise all night long. Police presence at motel all night arresting people for saleing drugs. Not a safe place to be

DONT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THIS MOTEL.

Please full of Bed Bugs. Rooms not cleaned. Motels make unauthorize charges on your credit card. Charges for parking and wifi, which is supposed to be free. The wont answer phone calls fron Hotels.com when customers complains about the overcharge.

STAY AWAY

The stay was a total disaster from the very beginning. was charged a onsite parking fee and for wifi even though it cleared states on the hotels.com booking site that it was free. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful. The rooms were very dirty and smell like cigarette. Roaches everywhere. Had to go to hospital due to being ate up by bed bugs. Homeless people hanging in parking lot begging for money. Much drug selling going on all through the night. Place is unsafe. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE OF THIS PROPERTY ARE FAKE.

I have demanded that Expedia DE-LIST this property. It's a scam. At the bottom of their web page, WHICH EXPEDIA HOSTS it says if you don't check in by 6 PM they won't let you in, despite taking your money. They do that so they can steal your money, then use the room for whatever their real business is. Scammers. Fraudsters.

What you see on the website does not depict the real property. Dont waste your money. Hotel staff are truly rude and disrespectful. They charge for onsite parking and the wifi even though hotels.com clearly show that the parking and wifi is free. When you contact hotels.com about this matter, they too give you the runaround. They will secretly charge your credit card for a onsite parking fee per-night. Bed bugs and roaches were found in our room. Management will tell you that its hotels.com fault for not telling guest of these charges, and hotels.com will tell you that its the hotels fault. Do yourself a big favor,, stay away from this hotel. They do not do good honest business

Watch out

The new manager that just started working, there was great other than that. It was a horrible place. And the housekeeper was very nosy entered my room without asking I did not ask her to clean my room and she went in there anyway and asked me since I don’t sleep with my blanket, could she give it to someone else. How would she know that I don’t sleep with the blanket? The whole vibe was weird. The maintenance guy walked in my room without knocking while I was on the toilet. The new manager is great. But other than that, the place is trash.
