"The provided breakfast was adequate 3 types of cold cereal & milk, various types of bread to toast, and lots of spreads to use Always 2 types of fresh milk, but fresh fruit bowl emptied quickly. Teas, instant coffee and French press always available. The bar downstairs had great selection of cold beer and portion sizes in restaurant are huge. Room was clean and well presented, staff (and clientele) very friendly . Main downside was road noise from street, but it subsided over night. "

"The hotel is well situated, near a metro line and many good restaurants (catering to the North Sydney CBD crowd). Parking is a little of a challenge though, but it is the CBD after all. Great team, during check in and out, spacious and clean room, with modern decor. The one thing they could improve on is better lighting in the bathroom, for overall safety as well as other functions: shaving/ makeup alert at the vanity. "

"The hotel is located in the busy The Rocks area. This old hotel is well maintained. We stayed overnight to catch a cruise ship and the location was perfect. We used the back exit down the alley to The Nurses Walk for a smoother route to the ship. If you are traveling with lots of luggage ask for a room without stairs. There are lots of stairs as the rooms are split on half levels and down little hallways. Our room was #16 and the lift took us to the 2nd floor and it was just down the hall, same...
