"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "Reasonable price. However, there is much they could have done to improve our stay, following some thing that were not so great:
1- the shower had a very poor drainage system, it tub keeping filling up while taking a
shower and I had to shut off the shower from time to time to give it time to drain.
2- the hair conditioner cartridge was not working at all, we could never make it work.
3- The twin beds room, the mattress were not comfortable.

"After all the confusion of not getting the email to be able to check in, which by the way the help was great. The room was well equipped with all the armenites which was help full. The one drawback the mattress needed to be on a foundation to make the bed more comfortable.

"Let me start off by saying "I love Extended Stay". I was a little disappointed this time. My husband & I chose this hotel for a small anniversary get away. The initial check-in was mediocre. The concierge didnt seem to have a good spirit(maybe she was having a bad day, I won't hold it against her.) The 1st complaint that I had was the shower head. Only NBA players would be safe. I am 5'7 and my husband is 6'3...he had to tiptoe to adjust the shower head and I would have had to stand on the side...
