"This I can describe as a place or a lot of people stay long-term and hang out outside their rooms or in the parking lot. The dumpster was overflowing garbage everywhere. There’s no ice machine. There was no remote for the TV in the office closes at 10 PM so there was nobody that could help to bring a TV remote. Also there was two of us in the room and there was one towel one wash rag and a filthy bathmat no hand towels the bedding was like sheets and very uncomfortable bad I would not recommend this to anyone especially those that have children pretty scary, hood like hotel. I also brought my small miniature dachshund with me and they wanted a $50 per night nonrefundable deposit so needless to say my little dog slept in the car thank God it wasn’t cold that night. I don’t care what hotel I’ve gone to they’ve not charged $50 a night for an animal."

"1. Unsafe location 2. The rooms on the website have to be AI Generated. They look nothing like the pictures when you get there. Very sketchy. The first room assigned did not look clean in, addition a large picture above the headboard was laying on the bed. The 2nd room the door was already open. The excuse was "housekeeping must have forgotten to close it. The top deadbolt was missing a part. We were told maintenance could come right away and replace the missing part. The 3rd room smelled stale and there was water damage in the ceiling. 3. When we arrived to check in there was a disgruntle employee in the lobby causing a commotion because she was just fired. She was yelling and causing a scene. That left an uneasy feeling with the state of the world. We didn't know if she would return. 4. The manager gave excuses and kept saying "this can happen anywhere." He did offer to put us in a suite but at this point it was time to go. He agreed to give us a full refund."

"It's good to stay there .. clean .. but the air condition very noisy whenever it run .. may be the air-conditioning system a little bit too old ! Other than that .. everything good , especially receptionist were very nice 👍! "

"when I checked in I was told complemetary breakfast in the morning. Went down and they said it was 12$ for breakfast. The price was not the problem. It was being told free then charged."

"The breakfast menu was great. The air conditioning was great. The only thing that I’ve noticed is that the hallways are very dirty. A lot of stain spot. They need to clean the hallway a little better than that."
