"Room was very clean and the A/C works great! The staff was really friendly at check in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close."

"Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. "Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all.
