"Our room was not ready for check in by 3 pm and we were told to sit and wait and come back periodically to the reception desk to check on our room. On the 3rd trip to the desk at 4 pm and our room still not being ready I got a bit mad. At that point another person behind of the counter who seemed to be in charge suddenly found us another room that was ready. We got to our room and with the outdoor temperature close to 40 degrees Celsius we found that our air conditioning did not work. Back to...

"Had a one night stop over on the way back home from a driving tour of Norway. Excellent rooms. Mr Sato's restaurant was excellent and good value. It's Japanese food which is always expensive but certainly great quality. Cocktails were nice too"

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked"

"Lovely hotel, with more traditional design which was quite refreshing. Located amongst the main shopping area and about 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas"

There was complimentary water provided. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. "Vies geen goed werkende airco in halve hotel vieze mensen dronken gasten. mensen zitten met hun handen aan het eten bij ontbijt buffet. Parkeer garage onder hotel is een doolhof zonder wegwijzers exit enzo. Brussel is zo ie zo een hele smerige stad. Zwaar overbevolkt."
