"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. "Staff is nice, location is excellent! but sound proof is awful, you can hear people talking from any other rooms around you or from the corridor, plus, NO Quilt provided ! This is the basic thing for a hotel !"

"There was a large conference at the hotel which added to noise and lack of service in the lounge. Had we known prior that this conference was happening, we would not have stayed. Noise in our room was attributed to the elevators possibly. It would have been nice to have shower gel in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good."

"I love this hotel as it is newer, clean, beautiful views and lounge! The gym is wonderful and so is the spa. The staff at front were very friendly and helpful. However my only issue was the communication after booking was very frustrating. The hotel kept saying they would charge us 70euros a day for a cot when we never requested one and kept saying in msgs that we do not need one. At checkin, they said they’d remove the charge seeing we didn’t need a cot, and at check out it was still listed and...
