"The property is very quaint. We were impressed with the historical stories that our host , Alain, told us. His English is good and he was very warm and receptive to our needs. Lovely old home with smartly appointed, fresh and bright interiors; our room was sunny and pleasant and it overlooked the private back garden, with high ceilings, big windows, and a nice modern bathroom. "Family room unavailable at check in, so they separated us into 2 rooms. Both rooms red hot with no circulated air. Bathroom drains were horrific. The stench was awful. Smoke detectors were taped up.. Luckily we checked in late and left early as it was only a stop over. Can’t believe I missed the reviews. Would not stay here again. "
