"Be aware to pack your patience if you use valet service and they add tax like 5 extra dollars. The hotel was very nice the only complaint I have was the staff could’ve been more helpful ( friendly) when asked questions."

Eventually I got a recording that was too fast to follow and I had to call multiple times to get the phone number and determine if it was B5, T5, or G5 for the pick-up location. The floor of my room was flooded which also revealed that it was dirty. The outdoor hallways still had puddles, as well. The person sent to mop the room did not have a key so I had to meet him there.
