"Excellent staff: extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Standouts were Justina and Sohil. The breakfast was good and the option of either a buffet or a la carte was good. Beware that even if you opt for Breakfast Included an additional service charge 12% per day will be added to your bill - but the service is worth it. Ensure they do not charge you tax on top."

"We loved the upscale features in an older building. It felt like we were living in a different era which is part of the charm of our visit to NOLA. The staff was especially helpful and genuinely kind. We enjoyed meals in the restaurant and drinks at the carousel bar. Out of all the beignets we ate around town, the ones at Hotel Monteleone were the best!"
