"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

"Lüneburg ist immer eine Reise wert und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, toller Empfang, saubere Zimmer- vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig- viele Ablagen. Das Parkhaus ist klein, aber bis jetzt hatten wir immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Ganz toll die Minibar ist inklusive und die Leckerlis ( Stuten, Weingummi, Obst, Getränke ) beim Empfang. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder..."
