Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work). We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis.

Nous récupérerons une première chambre avec une horrible odeur d'égout. Le personnel accepte de nous changer de chambre. Dans la deuxième il y avait beaucoup de fourmis mortes dans toute la chambre, particulièrement sur le sol de la salle de bain. La nourriture n'est pas très bonne. Le parking est devenue payant cette année. Par contre l'emplacement est top. J'y reviendrai mais pas en pension complète.

Hôtel bruyant. Porte d'entrée mal isolée. Espace porte fenêtre qui avait du mal à se fermer. Personne de l'entretien extérieur à commencer à travailler avec son taille haie à 7h du matin. Pas facile pour se reposer lorsque nous sommes en vacances.

Bonjour hôtel 4 etoiles mais ils se foutent de la gueule de qui Cet hôtel est horrible 2 nuits 389 euros on est partis après la première nuit je ne sais pas qui met les étoiles mais la personne doit être aveugle inadmissible La télé ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre on vous propose d aller regarder la télé dans une autre chambre au lieu vde vous changez de chambre incroyable comme réponse .les rideaux ne ferme pas toute la baie vitrée donc réveiller par la lumière du jour ,la tapisserie décollé du mur ,boîte a mouchoirs vide . Bruit de la soufflerie extérieure jour et nuit Ce n' est pas un hôtel 4 etoiles mais 1 étoiles une honte n allait surtout pas dans cet hôtel Je me suis fait voler c incroyable que des hôtels comme ça existent Voir photos

Bel hôtel !

Très bel hôtel un peu décentré du centre-ville et très près de Port-Grimaud. Le complexe en général est très agréable avec une très grande piscine, un golf, des terrains de basket… La chambre en rez-de-jardin donne sur un très beau parc. Elle est bien équipée avec machine Nespresso, peignoirs de bain, « claquettes » de bain… Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié. Il est un peu cher, puisqu’à 20€, mais on peut aussi se faire un en-cas pour le midi. Et encore le mot « en-cas » n’est pas approprié puisqu’on peut se faire un vrai repas complet. D’une manière générale le personnel est très sympathique, à l’exception d’une personne de l’accueil qui l’était un peu moins. Nous recommandons.

on sont les 4 étoiles ????

arrivé à 17H, on nous explique qu'il est trop tard pour réserver le restaurant pour le soir le quota étant atteint ! le restaurant propose pourtant de l'emporté!! pas possible non plus de prendre le petit déjeuner le lendemain. le ménage dans la chambre n'a été fait depuis longtemps , sol couvert de poussières chambre au rdc avec terrasse qui donne sur la terrasse du restaurant donc bruyant, de plus la baie vitrée ne ferme pas à clé et pas de volet seulement 2 prise de courant dont une qui fonctionnent pas bonde du lavabo qui ne ferme pas bref très loin d'un 4 étoile et pourtant 178€ la nuit !!!!!

Het is geen “grande luxe”..... maar de ligging is prachtig, heerlijke tuin, strand op 5’, vele uitstpap-mogelikkheden, prima kamers - beetje aan een verfje toe hier en daar -, heel aardig personeel, prima eten en heerlijk wijn en bier naar verlangen. Wat wil je nog meer! Qua prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is het gewoon super!

Les chambres sont propres, certes, mais datent un peu, surtout au niveau de la salle de bain (joints noirs par endroits). L'hôtel est correct, mais je ne mettrai pas 4 étoiles. Les parties communes comme les couloirs mériteraient un bon coup de peinture pour faire propre.Petit déjeuner très bien par contre, seul bémol : pas de parasol sur la terrasse extérieure. Piscine commune avec une autre résidence, un peu petite pour tout ce monde.
