"the lack of a continental breakfast was inconvenient. If you do not want to spend money at the in hotel restaurant, door dash in food for breakfast or leave the premises to get food then I recommend packing breakfast foods such as muffins, fruit, cereal and milk and bring it yourself. I did however appreciate the secured parking the only suggestion is may not bring a full size truck as the height restrictions for the garage is 6'2" and, we noticed a few trucks attempting to enter and getting damaged as well as the parking is low/tight so a full size truck is not ideal in the underground parking especially when it is a full capacity. The rooms was clean and the hotel staff pleasant and helpful. I really liked that housekeeping comes everyday to clean the room, make the bed and restock in room amenities rather then just at the end of the stay. when you are a busy mom on a tournament/competition weekend the room can quickly become a disaster but coming back to a tidy definitely provide a calm moment when walking through the door. This hotel does have an onsite Starbucks which my daughter was obsessed with so its a teenagers dream. The Pool is nice and located higher up on the 3rd floor. I like that its not confined to a basement or with this particular hotel being in the area it is, it is not on the main level. The 3rd floor surrounded with windows makes for a great environment. Also liked that the gym was attached to the pool i could watch the kids while i worked out. "

"Overall stay was great, A pipe burst and construction had to be done to fix it, I was woken up early due to the construction without being told but calling the front desk they resolved quickly and moved me to another room right away, which I appreciated however the new room had bed bugs, shocked as it was the executive suites, I am now covered in bites all over my arms, ears and back. Although the staff was great I would have like not to be bit by bugs. "

"Not the closest hotel to stay at if visiting Niagra Falls but not terribly inconvenient either. Stayed in the loft. Has kitchen and minimal kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils. But no soap or dish towels for cleaning. Staff does do that but it is nice to keep kitchen clean instead of piling up dishes. Simple things like salt and pepper would be nice. Bathroom is odd as it is open literally to livingroom through two "windows". One has blinds and the other...just an open hole in the wall. Pull out couch in not very comfortable and blanket has a few holes in it. Fireplace was a nice cozy touch. "

"Staff were friendly. Room decor on 3rd floor was very interesting, whoever the interior decorator was, needs to find a new career. Bed was comfortable, had a great sleep. Hairs in bathtub. Didnt use it. Nice that breakfast is included but the scrambled eggs were wet, cold, and did not taste like eggs. No bacon, only sausage. Very poor breakfast selections. Did not use the pool or gym but they looked ok, not big. Good place to stay for 1 night, just passing through."
