"I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the staff’s attitude. From the moment we arrived, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. "Overall, lovely hotel and in a great location in the town centre. Spa and pool are the highlight. Room was comfy and fresh, think we had a updated room which was nice. It did however lack coat hooks and places to hang wet robes and towels...a basic that's missing. Breakfast was ok, it didn't quite hit expectations. Could have done with a few more hot options.
