"The staff were very friendly and helpful! Easy check in. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Basic breakfast, scrambled eggs pancakes cereal and bagels. Coffee was great for hotel coffee! will definitely be back"

"This was a great little hotel. Very reasonably priced, bed and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was ok, bagels and yogurt and coffee. The area was within walking distance to Mystic Village, a cute little village with shops and restaurants and a 10 mins drive from downtown Mystic. Would stay here ..."

"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels."

"The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast."
