"A really lovely place to stay. Convenient with car parking to the rear of the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Stayed in the main hotel this time and the room was really comfortable and quiet. A few stairs to navigate but all worth it. Would definitely recommend."

"I would not recommend this hotel. We were so uncomfortable we left after 15 minutes and checked into a premier inn in Cardiff which was miles better. Just avoid!"

"Booked at short notice, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel easy to be in with a family. The rooms were lovely. The view from the property is stunning, we will definitely return. The only downside was the lack of gluten free options available from the bar menu. That is something that perhaps we could have mitigated had we not booked at short notice. The breakfast had all gluten free options available and was great. Strongly recommend a stay here."

"A very clean and welcoming room, the staff were both warm and helpful. The breakfast was an excellent way to begin your day being of good quality with plentiful choice. We are both pleased we booked and stayed at the Futures Inn, Cardiff and all being well will certainly use this hotel again as one of our grandchildren begins life at Cardiff University .
