"The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. "Great location and reasonably priced. Lodges are a good size but there is a real issue with cleanliness. The whole lodge required a self clean before it was ready to move into. I do not believe that the cleaners at this park actually do their job. The Aqua Mundo is very good and there is plenty of activities to book. Staff were friendly. I would advise against booking this in the heat of the summer as the Market dome is not air conditioned and acts like a greenhouse. We have done 6 Center Parcs throughout Europe and this scores averagely in comparison. "
