Staff was very friendly and never had such a easy and quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was very complete, of good quality and extra ordering from menucard was included in the price. Room was spacious, clean with nice look and comfort. A walk to the city center was just a 10min walk. Next time in Groningen we will be booking here again.

Heel fijn hotel, mooie en ruime kamer. Ontbijt zeer goed verzorgd en na een kleine wandeling ben je zo in het centrum. Absoluut een aanrader!

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer op de 9e etage met een mooi uitzicht over Groningen stad. We moesten het ziekenhuis bezoeken dus auto daar geparkeerd en maar een paar minuten lopen naar het hotel. Vanuit het hotel is het centrum lopend makkelijk te bereiken, dus perfect !

Drilling

Work men started drilling at 7am! There was no prior warning to construction work at the hotel, and it interrupted my sleep dramatically. It took over 40 minutes to get the noise to stop.

Prima Hotel met goed ontbijt. Allen de uitleg over het parkeren ondermaats. Zeer onduidelijk! Parkeerkaart waar je 21 euro voor betaald verdiend hierbij wat meer uitleg! Medewerker aan de balie verschafte hierbij onvoldoende informatie hoe met de partkeerkaart om te gaan Beetje arrogante houding. Jammer

Alt var bra. Utenom at jeg fikk utdelt et rom først, som ikke var klargjort. Så jeg måtte gå tilbake til resepsjonen og gi beskjed, og fikk utdelt et nytt rom. Ellers var alt bra.

Het uitzicht van mijn kamer op de derde verdieping was op een kantorengebouw dat op een afstand van circa 3 meter lag. Dat was echt minder want het kantoorpersoneel keek linea recta mijn kamer in, ik heb de gordijnen dus maar dicht gedaan. Waar het hotel een groot compliment voor verdient is het ontbijt. dat was echt 5 sterren waard.
