"My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. "I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future."

"I need refund. When I checked in it was 11 PM. The bed , bathroom was not clean. bed wasn't even made. towels were every where. So the room was totally untouched. I talked to the front desk, she mentioned that there are no cleaners at this time and she didn't provide me another option. I asked for a refund she mentioned it should be requested through expedia."

"Rooms were decently clean, slight musty smell though. We were bummed out when we went to open the pull out bed in the living room area only to find an 'out of order' sign under the cushion. Wish we would have known we would not have been able to use that pull out bed prior to checking in so we could have asked for a room with a working pull out bed.
