"Room was not clean, holes in sheets, couch was nothing short of a dust ball, mold in shower and tiles in closet and bathroom falling off walls. The noise from the highway was tough to sleep through and the room was dark and drab even with the curtains open. Online room pictures did not match how the room actually looked. "Staff were very polite - but at check-in would have appreciated being told about amenities, eg breakfast, bar times , food, pool … instead nothing .. just given key to room and asked for card - i had to ask everything and was given very vague information. I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … "

"Overall the stay was fine. There were several issues with Valet parking that were troubling. One of the biggest challenges was my car was incorrectly labeled which caused issues for the persons trying to retrieve the care. Additionally on one of my pick ups, I had a coat in the front seat. Two people when to retrieve the care. Thus, the person in the passenger seat sat on my coat on the ride back to the hotel. This was inappropriate in my opinion. "We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."
