"Es un buen hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Tenga en cuenta que solo incluye la habitación todo hay que pagarlo a parte. Las piscinas pertenecen al spa y nos costó el pase por un día entero 245$ por persona, no permiten niños en el spa, no podrán entrarlo a la piscina. La comida es solo americana y están los precios algo elevados, pero el pueblo queda cerca a 10 min y tienen variedad de restaurantes de diferentes países y económicos. "

"Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!"

"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them.
Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair.
Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay.
Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this.
Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."

"The stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly (Finn), the room was nice and clean. I think that I was near the elevators, so I heard that commotion as people started waking up. I won't hold it against the hotel :-). I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel has a pool, hot tub, breakfast for $17 person, really good, bar, area for kids to watch TV. Really nice. Plus, a Starbucks right in front. I mean come on - how great!"
