"The property looked fine but the rooms smelled musty. The 1st room I was given smelled like wet dog and flared my allergies. They kindly offered to move me and the next room was better but still musty. I will try another hotel next time - breathing is good."

"Hotel must have been very nice when it was new. But it really needs a major renovation. Elevators were mostly not running, mattresses were old and soft, furniture needs replacement. Staff were very helpful and friendly, it was the one saving grace."

"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside."

"The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. "The place has a bad infestation of roaches. I had the front desk move me twice and it got worse with each room. The last room had bugs so bad that we couldn’t turn the lights out to sleep. My boyfriend managed to fall asleep but I was up the whole night killing bugs on the ceiling over the bed , next to the bed and every where else in between. "I enjoyed our stay very much. All The room face a quiet little courtyard with plenty of seating. The room was clean; the beds were comfortable; the air conditioning worked without issues. The room has a small coffee maker and coffee, and a hair dryer. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, a Dairy Queen and Overview Diner. (I highly recommend breakfast at Overview Diner!). The staff/owners are available 24/7 and helpful."
