Not enough staff were English speaking. Always told us, "no speak English". Couldn't get reservations on your app, always said rejected, unless we went and seen a guy. Beautifully clean room. Great view of the ocean and pool. Fridge should be cold when we arrive - so check before stocking! Heavy comforter for the bed but all we did, was turn the ac to a lower temp. A little out of the way but very quiet. We slept well!
