"Fantastic location, very close to the centre. Friendly and welcoming staff (all staff, from the front desk to the manager). The room was comfortable, clean, and it had an ice and water dispenser.
The bar had a large selection of tequila and was open 24 hours. Continental breakfast was really good and the restaurant menu had options that satisfied everyone."

"La hacienda no tiene instalaciones de 4 estrellas, el restaurant muy feo, la decoración muy básica, la capacitación del personal muy muy básica. Para no hacer el cuento largo mejor perdimos el dinero y nos fuimos a otro lugar."

"Great location and service, with a few areas for improvement-
We had a very nice stay at Hotel Villa Ganz. The location is excellent — close to many attractions and easy to get around either on foot or with a short Uber ride. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The property itself is charming, with beautiful grounds and a lovely garden restaurant. Dining in the courtyard was a highlight, and the food was very good.
