Pessima esperienza

Purtroppo è stata una esperienza negativa, avevo prenotato in quanto agriturismo indicato con piscina e ristorante, per avere la comodità di rimanere sempre in struttura. Quando sono arrivato il ristorante inesistente creandomi un disagio sia per far la spesa per mangiar qualcosa (sabato a pranzo) e sia per la sera uscire dalla struttura a cercare locali per mangiare. Inoltre alla colazione non c'era un tavolo apparecchiato, dovevamo fare tutto da noi, la colazione salata non c'era, è stato chiesto solo se volevamo qualche fetta di prosciutto. Inoltre alla partenza mi è stata fatta una transazione doppia di pagamento, ma quello può succedere, è che ho combattuto per un giorno intero, (fino alla sera successiva) per ottenere il rimborso, non ottenendolo, alla fine sono dovuto tornare all'agriturismo il giorno dopo di persona per ottenere il rimborso, percorrendo di nuovo più di 300 km tra andata e ritorno, mi dispiace per i genitori presenti che erano mortificati saputo dell'accaduto, ma il sig. Andrea persona che si rimangia la parola, in quanto al telefono più volte mi riferiva "ora lo rimborso"... mentre passavano ore e non arrivava nulla. Struttura un pò trascurata (vds. foto)

Quite Country Side Retreat.

Hotel in wounderful location, excellent views especially from the Dining room. Food excellent and good value for money. Staff excelent,very helpful and friendly.Some English speaking staff on Reception and in Restaurant. Would recommend for a quite break in the middle of the Country side. A good Family run Hotel.

יש צורך בהנחיות הגעה מדוייקים יותר, הכתובת לבדה לא מספיקה. עשינו טיולי כוכב כאשר כול לילה שבנו למלון. המשפחה המנהלת את המלון והחווה יצאה מעורה לעזור בתיכנון הטיולים, העשירו את ארוחת הבוקר ככול שביקנו, עשו הכול בכדי שנרגיש בבית, בנוח, מומלץ ביותר. המסעדה של המלון מושכת סועדים מכול האזור בעיקר בסופי שבוע. אכלו פעמיים ארוחות ערב בחווה, מומלץ להתרכז במהות הפסטה ולא בבשרי. המטבח המקומי מתאפיין בבישול עם הרבה מלח! מומלץ לבקש מראש להוריד את כמות המלח..

Wonderful place in a beautiful setting

Located about 30 minutes from the capital city of Perugia, La Casella Agriturismo is a wonderful hotel snugly nestled in the countryside of Umbria. Expansive views of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking. Meals are excellent, and include locally grown wine, olive oil, wild game, etc. The staff is as good is they come, and always took time to assist and guide me.
