"Over priced as heck, beautiful but if you looked too closely it wasn’t that clean. Every single thing is a new charge, over priced and seriously undervalued. Would recommend other families stay at somewhere like the Hilton, where they don’t charge an arm and a leg for every thing. Right down to charging per item of clothing washed - at the Hilton it was free / included. Staff were significantly more helpful and helped us to our room at the Hilton, they were rude and condescending at the W. The...

"Personnel super serviable, excellent petit-déjeuner.
La chambre est petit et bris de la porte de douche qui ne ferme pas et isolation des fenêtres moyennes car on entend les gens à l’extérieur. Mais globalement très agréable."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, and the amenities were well maintained. Check-in was smooth, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"The rooms and amenities here are very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff (including the front counter and the cooks) are very friendly and approachable. The concierge is active for 24 hours so you never have to worry about booking in late. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the train station so heading into town is convenient."
