"Staying at Cino Fabiani Guesthouse was one of many pleasant memories of our two nights in Guayaquil. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in the Las Penas neighborhood was super. The guesthouse is furnished in an eclectic and retro style, and the main common room has served as a small theatre in the past, so has the remnants of a stage. "Stayed here for one night. Chosed this hostel because it was close to the airport, it’s just a 3-5 min ride with a cab. Very helpful and friendly staff, it’s the owner and hes family and they living in the same building. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. Close, 3-4 min walk, to a shopping mall. Doesn’t now so much about the neighborhood because we only stay for one night, but it seems to be a calm place. Great value for the price!"
