"Decent enough room although the pull out sofa was pathetic. Otherwise, it was a decent stay at a reasonable price."

"Hotel is dated , also not much to do , doesn’t have many areas to relax that are welcoming , especially with a group for sports . We had to have our drinks in the front lobby with the parents of our sports team , smelling smoke from outside and feeling cold . It was not ideal. I was also disappointed free breakfast isn’t included , and no pool or hot tub. Not much for kids to do at all . Was also disappointed to have pay $15 daily for parking in a parking lot with lots of spaces , they are not limited for parking, so not sure why we had to pay extra for it . It would be nice if the hotel had an outside bbq area or gas fire pit to enjoy while staying there . The hotel is lacking in that department big time . "

"The room was clean, well maintained, the bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options. "

"The room and bathroom were generally clean, but it was noticeable that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before I checked in, and they still hadn’t been done the next day. The hotel used to maintain a much higher standard, so this was a bit disappointing compared to previous stays."

"Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great."

"One year old property. Great spot to stay if you need Guelph access. Easy parking. Chucks Roadhouse across the street for an easy (decent) spot for a quick bite or cocktail "
