"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"Great location! We walked to the Jardim Morro, across the bridge and to Porto, but the team runs right by as well. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We did end up parking in the underground garage on our second night. I would recommend if you want to park there to contact the hotel first so they can tell you how to enter. "

"We stayed at this hotel for only about 7 hours as we wanted to be closer to the airport for our very early flight. The hotel was perfect and I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside was that when we went to check in there were only 2 people at the desk, but a flight full of people whose flight had been canceled. "Very good location for shopping areas and nearby sights. Room was a good size & basic. We had to checkout prior to breakfast and a boxed breakfast was provided. There was a self storage room for luggage but it is difficult to get to up a couple of steps. There wasn’t anyone to help with luggage at reception that we could see. Staff seemed distracted but provided needed info. "

"There is no shuttle to and from this hotel. This is a major disadvantage to using them. We spent 20 Euros going back and forth with all our luggage rather than take the Metro two stations. Would never stay there again for the fact they are lacking such a basic service. "
