Staff were very accommodating in terms of providing an earlier check in, as well as holding our luggage both before and after we left the room. Really top tier amenities. "Perfect location on a pedestrian only street so the room was lovely and quiet. We stayed in a cosy room which was nicely designed and reasonable value. The only negative re the room, was the view. The window faces onto a wall about a metre away. The wall is covered by plastic greenery with light coming from the top only. It almost felt like a skylight and so we needed to have the room light on most of the time.
