"Everything about that hotel wasnt to my satisfaction"

"Parking made me a little nervous but we got parking spot right in front of the hotel and our vehicle was fine. Check in was quick, Lira was so kind and made our check in seemless and wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Minor fixes could be made in the room for esthetics and repairs. We slept great, kids were comfortable and slept great too. The breakfast buffet/menu was perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay again when back in the area!! Loved our stay!"

They went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. "Management is not reliable. If you’re ok with spending thousands on a suite and sharing walls that are incredibly thin with your neighbors who will have you up from 12am-5am partying on the weekends then this is the place for you. Bring ear plugs. I came here for a moment of relaxation and it quickly turned to trash. Paid for two expensive nights and only slept one. Good luck. "

"The hotel is modern, rooms have everything a visitor needs. The rooms are clean and easily accessible. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren’t for the check in. True, I was the only guest checking in, but when I arrived no one was at the desk, AND there was no way to get the attendant’s attention - except yelling or coughing.. Later, when I came past the desk, another guest was “enjoying” the same experience. Once the attendant came all went well."
