"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. "

"The night front desk guy let us check in early as we arrived super early due to flight time. We paid for it but it was worth it. I urge this website to include the breakfast option in the rate as there was some misunderstanding on my part. Sorry about that. I suggest the people working at the hotel to at least fake a smile. Some sour pusses working there. It’s an old property. You get what you pay for and it was worth it! Mostly Indian guests it seems. "

"The bathroom toilet seat was loose and broken. Switchboards were improper. Wifi constant disconnection. No towels provided or bathroom kit provided until asked on 2nd day. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken. No proper internet connectivity. "

"The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay "
