"Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.
The stairs from the lobby to the downstairs could use some contrast and more light. Very hard for low vision person to navigate."

"The rooms were clean, but the ventilation system is poorly maintained. Couldn't sleep comfortably. The in-room phone did not work and the cleaning staff did not replace the towels removed from the room.The sink in the room was leaking.They need to add a refrigerator to the room for guests."
