"I have stayed in the tower side multiple times and have never been disappointed. It's a great place to stay that doesn't cost a fortune. The beds were cozy, it has a kitchenette , and had amazing views . The staff was also amazing and very friendly and accommodating."

"Our stay was ok we paid $12.00 more for a room that has a microwave and fridge. Tv didn’t work well had to be constantly moving the wire in the back for it to work, toilet was dirty, room card didn’t work had to go to office to get a new one, ice machines were broken, some furniture was dusty."

"When I checked in, I told the front desk reception that I will be checking out at 3am instead of 11am on Saturday morning. The guy told me it would be ok, just come and show them my ID and I will receive my deposit at checkout. No one was at the front desk to check me out. I called the numbers they had available to reach out to someone, and no one answered or has even returned my calls or voicemail. I left the keys rap up in a note and threw it through the lobby side window. "
